Welcome!

What will you do in your time at WMS?  In our English program, you will begin by reading Homer and end by reading Saramago.  You will learn to write -- each year your English class includes a writing workshop.  You will not only read about history, you will conduct your own research (and perhaps submit your research paper for publication).  You will be challenged to think about the purpose and meaning of your life in a philosophy class.   You will explore Einstein's ideas in Physics, and Darwin's in Biology.  You will work through challenging math problems, and can sit the AP exam in Calculus if you choose.  You will learn a second (or third, or fourth) language.  You will learn systems thinking, and come to a deeper understanding of the interconnections in our world.

You will be prepared for success at college, and you will know a bit more about yourself.

And best of all, you will do this while surrounded by teachers who love teaching.  When you meet them, you'll know.  We are blessed with an incredible faculty -- talented and dedicated teachers who have committed themselves to sharing their lives and passions with students.

Come take a look.
