Admissions Overview and Team
Welcome to the Start of Your White Mountain Journey!
Here you will love learning, expand what you thought was possible, and reimagine what you are capable of doing. We are a college preparatory boarding school, but we will do far more together than simply prepare you for college. We will prepare you to lead a meaningful and fulfilling life inspired by a sense of purpose and human connection. We recognize that the students we serve sit at the nexus of the present and the future. Thus, it is our responsibility to inspire and develop the next generation of change-makers.
What do we believe in? We believe in an academic culture rooted in student-driven inquiry. We specifically allow our teachers to provide time and space for students to pursue topics of their interest. We believe in our unique sport and co-curricular offerings where all participants receive equal time to explore their skills. We believe in our intentionally small size of 140 students. We believe in our school-wide Field Course and LASR programs. We believe in teaching our students not only the fundamentals of a rigorous college-preparatory education, but also the intricacies and nuances of how to live your best life through inquiry and engagement.
We encourage you to follow your curiosity, come see what's possible at White Mountain, and learn more about how we could be the right school for you. Our admissions team looks forward to hearing more about you, your interests, talents, and goals and are happy to answer any questions you may have about the School or our admissions and financial aid processes.
