Trustee Scholarships

The Trustee Scholarships are a merit-based scholarship program designed to attract, celebrate, and provide support to students who have distinguished themselves as curious, engaged learners—regardless of financial need. Trustee Scholarships are awarded to three (3) incoming boarding students each year, making the process selective, competitive, and, if chosen, highly rewarding.

Trustee Scholarships range from $5,000-$10,000 for the student’s first year at The White Mountain School.

Qualifications

  • Candidates must be applying to The White Mountain School as a boarding student.

  • Candidates do not need to demonstrate financial need.

  • Candidates must submit the supplemental application by January 31 during the admissions cycle they are applying.

Trustee Scholarship Application Process

In addition to submitting a regular application for admission, candidates interested in being considered for a Trustee Scholarship must also complete a supplemental application. Please email Allison Letourneau, associate head of school for enrollment management, for the supplemental application.

The Trustee Scholarship Committee reviews the Trustee Scholarship candidates in February, and recipients are notified annually on March 10. Questions? Please email admissions@whitemountain.org.
