Daria Cenedella joined The White Mountain School in the summer of 2020 as a member of the humanities faculty teaching English II and a variety of electives. In 2023-24, Daria will also direct the LASR Capstone and Senior Project program. They are a dorm parent who lives in Carter, an all-mountain ski and snowboard instructor, and a hiking coach. Prior to joining WMS, Daria was a humanities teacher at Worcester Academy, where they are also an alum. They hold a B.A. in English Literature and Creative Writing from Middlebury College and are currently pursuing a M.A. in Literature from the Middlebury College Bread Loaf School of English. Daria can usually be found rock climbing, dancing in our Dance Studio, and being inspired by students to try new things every day.
