Why White Mountain?
I've moved a fair amount of the past few years, but I keep being drawn back to the mountains as a perfect place to learn and live with intention and care. To collaborate and think creatively alongside students and faculty in the White Mountains? Though I am a Vermonter at heart, even I have to admit this is a dream scenario!
What excites you the most about working at White Mountain?
The creativity, compassion, and intentionality that I see woven throughout all aspects of learning and living here—and the blurring of lines between these two categories—make it an exciting place to be. I believe deep learning happens when people feel connected to a place and I see so much opportunity for students and faculty alike to grow from building community in this beautiful environment.
When not in the classroom, I can be found:
Writing in my journal, baking, playing guitar, taking walks on the trails, or watching soapy teen dramas on Netflix (my not-so-guilty pleasure).
What I want to be when I grow up:
A student. I love learning new things and I daydream about going back to school later in life to study theology or pop culture history.
Not many people know that:
I've dyed my hair over 30 times in almost every color!
