With nearly 15 years of experience in independent schools, Phillip comes to The White Mountain School from Rivermont Collegiate. There, he worked to establish and grow a successful enrollment management strategy, which increased enrollment, net tuition revenue, and diversity among the student population. He also led efforts to establish the first international and domestic boarding program for the school, which included the development of a new residential life program.
Prior to his career at Rivermont, Phillip worked within independent schools throughout the United States, including at Maumee Valley Country Day School, Darlington School, Missouri Military Academy, and Idyllwild Arts Academy.
Phillip lives on campus with his spouse, Cassaundra, and their three sons, Ethan, Grayson, and Jude, the latter of whom is a student in the Class of 2024. In his spare time, Phillip enjoys camping and kayaking with his family, walking through the woods, and acting on stage.
