What has influenced your passion for working with students?
While it might sound a little cliche, I believe that children are our future. In my role in the Development Office, I hope that in a small way, I am able to contribute to providing an opportunity for our students to have the most rewarding and beneficial learning experience possible, in order that they might realize a better world for all of us.
When you're not in the office, where can we most frequently find you?
The performing arts have always been a passion of mine. So I volunteer on several art organization boards to help advance their mission. I also try to see, and sometimes participate, in as many live performances as I can.
What's your favorite season?
Although I grew up at the base of a ski slope, I really don't like cold weather, so summer is by far and away my favorite season.
What's your favorite place on campus (so far)?
I really enjoy time in the Lovejoy Chapel. It is a space that is filled with light and opportunity. Often providing an opportunity for the entire community to come together, it is filled with laughter, inquiry, connections, and grace. It is equally a wonderful place to sit in silence.
