Why White Mountain? A close knit community based in the awesome White Mountains!

What influenced your passion for teaching? Both of my parents are in education. I was always inspired by their passion in the classroom and how it translated into lifelong connections with their students.

When not in the classroom I can be found:
Exploring the White Mountains, sailing in Maine, or at the WMS farm!

Favorite place on campus?
The chicken coop!

Favorite White Mountain teaching moment?
When my students embrace chemistry puns and come up with their own. Like I always say, all you have to do in chem-is-try.

Favorite season?
My favorite season is always the next one! Temperate climates lend themselves to anticipation!

What I want to be when I grow up:
An oyster farmer.
