Why White Mountain? I value the intentional community and that every student matters

What do you value most about the White Mountain community? I appreciate the agility that smalls schools have with regard to implementing change both in pedagogy and in practice.
Favorite tradition at WMS? Pass The Book. It is a cathartic moment for each member of the community as they share their reflections on their time at WMS. Whether it was one year of twenty, every takes a special memory with them out into the world.
Favorite White Mountain teaching moment? I truly enjoy watching students hit "submit" on their college applications. It may not sound like much but that simple act concretizes years of anticipation and months of preparation here at WMS.
What I want to be when I grow up: An independent school educator(check!). I'm living my dream
