My primary roles at White Mountain: Communications Manager, Outdoor Rock Climbing Coach
Why White Mountain? White Mountain instilled passion, values, and a lifelong love of learning in my time as a student. I feel lucky to return and share the stories our students write during their time here.

When not in the office I can be found: Rock climbing in beautiful Franconia Notch, riding my bike around the campus trails, or exploring the White Mountains with my dog, Elmer.

Favorite tradition at WMS? My favorite tradition is Mountain Day. Two special days a year, school is called off to enjoy a day well spent skiing on a snowy mountain in the winter, or racing canoes and splashing around at Echo Lake in the spring. This is an exciting way for the entire community to take a deep breath and enjoy a day with each other in an amazing place.

Favorite place on campus? I adore the top of Hoods Hill. The way the sky is painted each evening in pale pinks, deep blues and purples to silhouette the White Mountains is truly special. With every season, the hill and view offers unique perspectives and activities. From a giant slip and slide on Community Weekend to a ski slope in the winter, it has something for everyone!
Not many people know that: I have a second degree black belt in karate, and studied Shorin-Ryu Karate-Do for 12 years.
