Admission
Welcome to The White Mountain School!

Set within the heart of New England’s most rugged highlands, The White Mountain School campus offers its students not only a spectacular access point to much of Northern New Hampshire, but also the opportunity to immerse oneself in a strong college preparatory curriculum through a wide variety of course offerings.

We believe in an academic culture driven by student inquiry.  We specifically allow our teachers to provide time and space for students to pursue topics of interest.

We believe in our unique sport and co-curricular offerings where all participants receive equal time to explore their skills.  We believe in our intentionally small size of 125 students.  We believe in our school-wide Field Course and LASR programs. We believe in teaching our students not only the fundamentals of a rigorous college preparatory education, but also the intricacies and nuances of how to live your best life through inquiry and engagement.

I encourage you to continue your curiosity about The White Mountain School, and to learn more about how we could be the right school for you.

We look forward to hearing more about you and are happy to answer any questions you may have about The White Mountain School or the admission process.
