Allison is entering her second year as the Associate Head of School for Enrollment Management at The White Mountain School.
Prior to arriving to White Mountain, Allison served for five years as the Assistant Head of School for Enrollment at Oldfields School (Sparks, MD). Allison is an alumna of the University of New Hampshire where she earned her B.A. and M.A. degrees while pursuing a successful career as a five-year member of the women's cross country and track and field teams. A graduate of Berkshire School (Sheffield, MA) and a current member of the School's Advisory Board, Allison has a deep appreciation for and understanding of boarding schools.
Allison believes deeply in the student-centered approach to teaching, learning, and living that is intentionally, yet seamlessly embeded in the culture at White Mountain. She lives on campus with her partner, Kim, who is a member of the English department, advisor, dorm parent, and coach.

Peter Wickman is entering his second year as the Director of Admission and Financial Aid at The White Mountain School.
Prior to White Mountain, Peter served as the Director of Admission and Financial Aid at Grand River Academy (Austinburg, OH). A graduate of Gettysburg College, he moved to Spain after graduation to teach English and work on the development of a bilingual English/Spanish language curriculum at a public school in Cambil. Upon his return to the US, he began teaching Spanish at Tatnall School in Wilimington, DE, as well as coaching baseball and cross country. During that time, Peter also obtained a Master of Arts degree in Hispanic Studies from Villanova University.
Peter is an avid endurance athlete with an affinity for running and doing triathlons. Peter is thrilled to join the WMS community and work with an amazing team of faculty, staff and students.
A native of Massachusetts, Cindy moved to New Hampshire in 2001. After six years owning and operating a Victorian bed and breakfast in Jefferson, NH, Cindy joined the WMS Admission team in January 2013. She brings more than 30 years of office and customer service experience. She provides guidance to families through the application process, manages the admission database and is the SEVIS DSO to process I-20's for International families. Cindy is one of the first people (if not the first) at WMS to have contact with prospective students and their families and loves to share her enthusiasm for WMS. Outside of work, Cindy enjoys spending time with her family, gardening, traveling, camping and kayaking.
