Andrea Rich

Andrea teaches biology and physics at The White Mountain School. Before joining in 2023, she spent five years teaching biology and general science at Asia American International Academy in Taiwan. She holds a Bachelor of Science degree from the University of North Carolina at Asheville and is completing a Master of Science degree from Clemson University. Andrea is an avid hiker. She has a husband on campus, Ty, who is a humanities faculty member. They thru-hiked the Appalachian Trail together in 2017 and now can frequently be spotted enjoying the beautiful campus trails.
