Christine joined The White Mountain School faculty in January 2023 and is the Visual Arts teacher as well as the Art Department Chair. In addition, she supports students with art portfolios for college prep and is a resource for creativity in the school curriculum. Before joining White Mountain, she completed a painting certification program at Rhode Island School of Design. Christine lived in Thailand for eleven years where she founded and ran a progressive international school for young children. She was a psychiatric adolescent RN for ten years. She holds a B.F.A. from University of New Mexico and a B.S.N. from University of Rhode Island. When not teaching Christine spends time in her own on-campus art studio painting with oils which she sells at a local gallery. She and her husband James, enjoy campus walks and local hikes with their dog Chupa.
