Garrett joined The White Mountain School in 2023 and directs all things music on campus. Having graduated University of Maryland School of Music in 2013, he has since toured internationally as the guitarist for The SpongeBob Musical’s 1st National Tour, The Boston Show Band, independent acts including his own, and most recently with The American Pops Orchestra. Garrett is constantly writing and recording music and has released over 15 albums, both on outside labels and independently on his own label. As a teacher, he has directed ensembles in various schools and extracurricular settings, and he has helped develop music programs in different boarding schools. You can most likely find Garrett in the Music Room in CHAC, dorm parenting in Carriage-Green, or walking around campus with his wife, Erika, and their dog, Stevie!
