Jodi joined The White Mountain School faculty in 2023 as head of our World Languages department and Spanish teacher. In addition, she is the Yearbook advisor and a Homework Club proctor. Before joining the faculty at White Mountain, she held similar roles at Perkiomen School in PA and Cushing Academy in MA. She previously taught Spanish and wore several hats at Berkshire School in MA for seven years. Jodi holds a BA in Spanish with minors in Latin American Studies (history, economics, literature) and International Relations. She completed coursework for the MA in Spanish (literature, linguistics, culture) from California State University, Sacramento. Jodi especially enjoys reading, cooking, and growing vegetables and fruit at her farm in Mexico, where she can be found with her husband Rolando during vacations. She lives at the west end of The Annex with Golden Retriever Wee Hamish and her cats Alina, Trixie, Scarlet, Gregorio, and Katie Mae.
