Tracy White

Tracy began her role as the Director of Development at The White Mountain School in July 2023. She has close to two decades of development experience in the independent school world. Educating young people is her passion, especially when it takes place in a natural setting. Ten years of coaching ski racing reminded her often that important life skills are nurtured when children are allowed to explore and encouraged to push up against their own boundaries. When she’s not on campus she can be found puttering around in her garden, hiking with her husband and best friend Andrew or knitting by the fire.
